| 内容記述 | 本研究は看護職のキャリア発達と職業満足感と離職願望について明らかにすることを目的とした．Ｘ大学看護学部卒業生への質問紙調査を行った．調査期間は平成23年３月～平成25年３月で，450部配布し，回答者は126名(回収率28.0％)であった. 回答者の属性は，117名(92.9％)が正規雇用でうち101名(80.1％)が交替勤務をしており，所属は病院が約９割と最も多かった．卒後３年未満の初期キャリアにある看護職で，離職について「考える」者は75名(59.5％)と，約６割の卒業生に離職願望があることが明らかになった．超過勤務と離職願望に就業１年目で正の相関があり(r＝0.371，p＝0.011)，就業満足度と離職願望との関係に負の相関があった(１年目r＝－0.518，２年目r＝－0.659)． 離職を考える理由では，平成23年度調査時は「自分の適性・能力への不安」をあげていたが，平成24年度調査は「仕事内容への不満」をあげるものが多かった．また，卒後１年目では，【自分の適性・能力への不安】が，卒後２年目では，【仕事内容への不満】が最も多く，卒後３年目では，前述に加え【労働時間への不満】【結婚】が離職を希望する理由に挙げられていた． これらのことより，今回の中間報告をもとに，初期キャリアにおける離職を考える背景が明らかになった． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose:The purpose ofthis studywas to revealtherelationship ofcareer development and recent job who graduated from a University School of Nursing. Method:The subjects of this study were 4th year students at X University School of Nursing and students who have graduated from advanced courses. We distributed the questionnaire survey to students after graduating school. This study was conducted between March 2011 and March 2013. Wedistributed thequestionnairefor graduates from hool,450questionnaireweremailed and 126 (28.0% recovery) responded. Result:For the attributes of the respondents, 117 peoples (92.9%)worked at full time employee. The graduated from X University School of Nursing less than 3 years ago 75 (59.5%) nurses were thinking about quitting their recent job. Discussion:In regards to the relationship between turnover and career development of nurses, this interim report showed the need to accumulate the data of future graduates. |
