本研究は，これまで系統的な研究が行われていない1860年代から1950年代におけるアイヌ民族の住居を対象とし，写真資料を用いて，主屋の屋根形状から，寄棟屋根，切妻屋根，変形屋根の３種類に類型化し，さらに，主屋と付属屋の関係から10種類に分類し，軒出の有無，屋根の葺材，壁の葺材，開口部の位置から外観の形状の特徴，および，年代的特徴を明らかにした． |

The purpose of this study is to find out the features on the houses of Ainu people at the photographic documents from 1860’s to 1950’s. The houses have been studied insufficiently in this period to date.It is clarified that the houses of Ainu people are classified into 10 types by the features of roofs and plans. Their roof shapes are Hipped roof,Gable roof,and other roof. The distribution of their roof shapes at the north part of Japan, has the chronological features. |
