In this research, the authors reasoned that it is effective for the users to learn various evaluation standards. The first purpose of this research is to lift the potential users with different knowledge and experience to a level which enables them to evaluate a product appropriately by an on-line questionnaire research method. The second purpose of this research is to explicate the elements of a burial cradle that may heal a grief for stillborn. With two purposes in mind, the authors conducted an on-line questionnaire and analyzed the results. As the results, an on-line questionnaire method has increased user's understanding of the product and its benefits. Therefore this product design method could be a useful tool in a product evaluation and its standardization.
