本研究は，本学の健康教育演習における学生の学びの実態と，高齢者の健康づくり行動への影響及び官学民の連携の方向性について調査検討することを目的とし，平成23年度の健康教育演習に参加した本学の学生と協力が得られた老人クラブ会員にアンケート調査を，行政の担当者にインタビュー調査を実施した．多くの学生は，対象集団のアセスメント，健康教育指導案の企画と内容に適した媒体を作成すること，適した方法で健康教育を実施することが出来たと回答した．老人クラブ会員と学生の双方向コミュニケーションにより，学生は健康教育に必要な情報を対象のイメージと共に収集でき，対象に適した方法を考えることができたと推察される．老人クラブ会員は，学生との交流の満足度が高く，自身の身体や心の状態などを学生に伝えることが出来ていた．また，学生が実施した健康教育への満足度は高く，これからの生活に役立つと回答していた．高齢者にとって学生との「交流」や「健康講話」は，健康づくり活動や社会参加，及び社会貢献の場になっており，参加者のニーズや期待に沿ったものであったと考えられる．行政の担当者は，学生とクラブ会員の交流会は高齢者にとっては世代間交流になり，学生にとっては高齢者理解のために効果的であると考えており，多くのクラブが本事業に参加できることを望んでいた．今後は，学生も高齢者も満足度が高まるように，老人クラブ，行政，大学がさらに連携を深めていきたい． |

The goal of this study is to investigate and review the reality of the students' learning situation, effects on the health developing activities by the people of advanced age, and the directionality of collaboration among administration, academics and private sectors, in the health education practice of this university. We implemented a questionnaire/survey on our students who participated in the health education practice in 2011 and the senior citizen's club members, who agreed to cooperate with us. We also interviewed the administrators in the government. Many students answered that they were able to create media that fits the assessment of the target group and the plans and contents in the health education guidance proposal. The senior citizen's club members were highly satisfied about the interaction with the students. They were able to convey their physical and mental conditions to the students. Their satisfaction level on the health education provided by the students was also high, indicating it would be useful in future living. For the people of advanced age, “interaction” and “health talk” with the students are their opportunities to participate in health promotion activities or society and social contributions; therefore, these activities seem to meet the needs and expectations of the participants. Administrators of the government believe that interactive meeting of the students and the club members serves as an interaction opportunity with different generations for people of advanced age and an effective opportunity to understand the people of advanced age for the students, and was hoping that many clubs would be able to participate in this project. |
