本研究は模擬患者(Simulated Patient 以下SP)の能力を最大限生かす場を設定し，共に成長し合う学習の場を創り出すSP 養成プログラムを開発し，その効果を検証することを目的とするアクションリサーチである．SP 養成プログラムの作成においては，本学の過去のSP 養成プログラム，ならびに他大学やSP 自主組織のプログラムについて分析のうえ作成した．プログラムは，各回のテーマ，学習内容，学習方法，使用教材，場の設定，担当者と役割を設定し，全10回の研修を計画し実施した．この際，現SP には，そのスキルを十分に発揮できるよう負担を考慮しつつ役割を分担した．対象者は，現SP19 名であり，質問紙調査とインタビュー調査によりデータを収集した．質問紙調査の結果から，SP 養成講座へ参加したことによるSP 活動に対する思いと満足感の変化について検討した．また，インタビュー調査の結果から，【今後の安心感につながった】【今後の会の運営について考える機会となった】と未来への思いが生じ，【メンバー同士が話し合う機会が増えた】と会員同士のつながりに変化がみられ，【新たなメンバーとの人間関係の調整を学んだ】【活性化のよい機会となった】などの挑戦の機会となったことが明らかとなった．さらに，【SP として省察の機会となった】【教員を客観的にみる機会となった】と振り返り，【SP 活動の支え合いと学び合いを実感した】と意味を見出していた．本研究ではこのように，共に成長し合う市民参画型のSP 養成プログラムを開発し，その効果を検証した． |

In this study, we developed a simulated patient (SP) training program designed to maximally utilize the skills of SPs and to provide a venue where SPs could learn from each other. An action research was conducted to verify the effectiveness of this program. To create the SP training program, we first analyzed past SP training programs at this university, programs run by other universities, and programs run by SPs themselves. In our program, we established the topics for each session, the academic contents, the learning methods, the educational materials, the locations and healthcare settings, and the roles of supervisors. The program was planned as a seminar with a total of 10 sessions. We assigned roles to the current SPs so that their skills could be fully utilized while also considering the burden these roles placed on each SP. The participants of the study were 19 current SPs. The data were collected via a questionnaire survey and participant interviews. Using the results of the survey, we investigated the changes in attitudes toward and the levels of satisfaction associated with the SP activities in the training program. Based on the results of the interviews, we determined that the subjects had started considering the future. Some responses indicating this were as follows: “the seminar led to a sense of relief regarding future activities as an SP” and “the seminar provided an opportunity to consider seminar management in the future.” The development of communication between SPs was indicated by responses such as “I had more opportunities to hold discussions with other members.” We also noted that the seminar provided opportunities to confront new challenges, according to responses such as “I learned how to handle relationships with new members” and “the seminar provided a good opportunity for stimulation.” In addition, the subjects looked back on their experiences (“the seminar was an opportunity to reflect on my role as an SP” and “the seminar provided an opportunity to objectively perceive instructors”) and derived meaning from these experiences (“I had a real sense of mutual support and mutual learning of SP activities”). In this study, we developed a public participatory SP training program designed to facilitate the mutual growth of SPs and verified its effectiveness. |
